With its 152 hectares, the Maison Le Brun de Neuville
sits in the hollow of the SÚzannais hillsides, in the cradle of the Champagne
appellation. Spread between Marne and Aube, the estate's vines are among
the oldest on the hillsides of Bethon and benefit from a microclimate that
protects them from severe frost.
Between the lively bubbles a deep yellow-green color with pale lemon yellow reflections shine. The scent of green apple and fresh grapes are mixed by a slight accent of anise. To the palate this wine develops a sensation of citrus pulp, apple and pear flesh, enhaned by zesty aromas that accentuate the overall freshness.
