Tasting: This product has a deep red color and offers powerful aromas of dark, fresh red fruit and delicate nuances of dried fruits (nuts and roasted almonds). In the mouth, the delicacy of its fruity comes to balance the all relative power of tannins.

Accompaniment: The Maydie will be enjoyed cool (10 to 12 ° C), both as an aperitif and dessert (chocolate coulant). Marvelously accompanies Roquefort, the cheese of the Pyrenees ... and will be the friend of the long evenings and cigars.
