Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Carignan
The harvest is transported in gondolas filled with CO2 to
keep oxygen out and keep the grapes cool. The grape
varieties are de-stemmed and pre-blended. Vatting time is
8 to 10 days. Vat-matured for 8 months.
Tasting Notes: Surprisingly bright red fruit for a Rhone
wine. Nice peppery note from the Syrah. It also exhibits
great smoky notes. Delicious with lamb and game. GOOD STUFF!!!
