From the South of France - Crisp, dry traditional Sugvignon Blanc high in the qualities of this small grape raised throughout France. This wine is made from the southwestern Pay-d-Oc grown grape that produces a distinctive, crisp dry white. A nice change from standby Chardonnay. Clear, very pale with glints of green color. Powerful, very complex nose of floral (honeysuckle, genista) and fruity (peach, passion fruit). Very well-balanced palate, full-bodied with a certain freshness. If you are not familiar with this wine, give it a try to discover it's uniqueness. Drink Chilled. Great with Fish , seafood, and fowl. A nice cocktail time wine.
