FANS OF THIS CHAMPAGNE HAVE NICKNAMED IT "TINY,TINY
BUBBLES" ~~~~THIS IS A RARE AND FABULOUS FIND~~~~~.
A small Grand Cru Champagne maker that produces one of
the few Champagnes allowed by French Law to have the
nomination of "Grand Cru" Champagne.
Champagne Boever produces only 16 to 18,000 bottles of this
Champagne per year, of which we are privileged to be
allotted a few hundred bottles.
A blend of two grapes varieties; Pinot noir and Chardonnay
but no Pinot Meunier because in Grand Cru Champagne,
Pinot Meunier is never allowed. Made from Boevers best
wines from their vintage years,
blended with 70% Pinot Noir and 30% Chardonnay.
Tasting notes: The nose is round, toasty and buttery,
very long on the mouth, it is a perfect Champagne with
tiny bubbles and a just right crisp edge.
In Blind professional tastings, this champagne comes
out as one of the top 2 or 3 every time, beating out $300
and $400 VERY FAMOUS Champagnes! Because of the small
production, We are the only sellers of this Champagne in the Americas!
