Aged 12 Months in Oak Barrels - 80% Merlot, 10% Cabernet
Franc, 10 % Cabernet Sauvignon. An example of the finest
red Bordeaux created with modern methods and traditional
Bordeaux values. Philippe Durand, the winemaker works
with old vines averaging 30 years old (some much older).
The result is full and intense with chocolaty, blackberry
fruit and subtle clean finish. Wonderful with red meat,
Beef, Lamb, Game. Best decanted an hour before serving.
Ready to drink now or put down for a few years. COMPARABLE
