This wine takes it's name from the Famous Aviation Legend Jean Mermoz.
Through his travels he discovered that the best wines of the World were grown on the 45th parallel of latitude.
In his honor this vineyard, frequented by him and his friend Dubourdieu, now bears his name.
Legend has it that wine from this vineyard accompanied him on his flights around the world.
Strongly recommended Bordeaux Superior
This is the first vintage of this wine from the Chateau, and what a vintage, dedicated to the famous aviator.
This bottle, will soon be a collectors item.
It contains a remarkable wine worthy of a Graves Cru Classé with an athlete
constitution, tall, slender and muscular.
Vibrant, dynamic, black and dense, the aeration only reveals in the glass more
and more power, while
keeping a little smoky-toasty touch and a nice mineral freshness all the time
of the tasting. Magnificent.
You can enjoy this wine taking care to serve it in a carafe at 18 ° C (64° F) . Serve with beef, lamb, cheeses, but it's a grand stand alone wine, to drink and enjoy anytime.
You can keep this great vintage which will reach its peak in a good cellar in
