91 Points Wine Enthusiast Magazine July 2017 !! ** 100% GAMAY NOIR - Brouilly - Beaujolais wine is the most popular Red Wine served in Paris restaurants during the Summer months because it is one of the rare Reds to be able to hold it's full character when chilled. Made from Grapes hand harvested from 50 year old vines. After fermentation it is aged in old Oak Barrels for 10 months. This Red Wine delivers blueberry, violet and licorice notes with a nice mineral backbone. Pair with grilled red meat, Mexican food. Served Chilled! Just received December 2016.
