100% Pinot Noir - Côte-de-Nuits-Villages. From villages located in the northern and southern parts of the Côte de Nuits. The grapes mainly come from vineyards located around the villages of Brochon (the village adjacent to Gevrey-Chambertin) and Corgoloin-Comblanchien (next to Nuits-Saint-Georges).

Tasting Albert Bichot’s Côte de Nuits Village has a pleasing, fruity nose typical of Pinot Noir with slightly smoky undertones. The palate is well structured with supple, well-integrated tannins, which combine nicely with the red currant and raspberry flavors that are followed by a hint of licorice.

Food/wine pairing This Côte de Nuits-Villages can accompany meat cooked in sauce - especially red wine sauces - as well as game and mild to medium cheeses. Serve between 16 and 17°C (60°F - 63°F) This wine may be enjoyed now or cellared for 3 to 5 years or more.
