*** JUST ARRIVED *** WOW! This is the bomb! White Bordeaux, with the smoothness and roundness of a fine Mersault Burgundy with much more complexity because of the blend of grapes - 80% Sauvignon, 20% Sémillon and Oak Barrel aging, Dry, yet full bodied White wine, very full in the mouth. Pessac-Leognan’s Graves - white wines are made predominantly from Sauvignon Blanc (a required minimum of 25% By French Law to be able to be Labeled "Bordeaux") and Semillon grapes, and are matured in oak for greater complexity. The 2014 has a bit more buttery oak character than the fabulous 2012. These white varieties thrive on the sandier soils of the appellation and produce more age-worthy wines than any other part of the world. Elsewhere, blends of Sauvignon Blanc and Semillon are best consumed within two years of harvest; in contrast, the best white wines of Pessac-Leognan can develop in bottle for well over a decade. 2012 was far better for dry whites – in fact, they are one of the notable successes of the vintage... Pessac-Léognan - Graves 2014 is very good, with more ‘liveliness’ than the average vintage. Wine Enthusiast scored it 93 /100! This wine is at the TOP now! TRY THIS AMAZING WHITE !
